I promise this is NOT Ice Cream

A couple of things you need to know

1. I love ice cream. I have loved ice cream forever. Even when I was terrified by the crazy ice cream truck man when I was 8, I was still willing to risk life and limb for a cone of something frosty usually of the vanilla persuasion.  I would venture that 96.234% of everyone else does too (there are always haters. Yes even with ice cream). I base this extremely random guess on the fact that I have had conversations in the last 3 months with at least 103 people about frozen deliciousness and even the 8 or so (check out that precision) that admitted lactose intolerance (with symptoms such as Charlie and Chocolate factory style bloating and "Colon Blow" (that was said IN PUBLIC, not in an indoor voice) got a sparkle in their eyes with the mere mention of it.

2. I try to stay as healthy as possible, however see #1 and add I love frozen dessert.

3. This recipe is simply delicious (at least that is what my friends and I think) and has endless possibilities for flavors. AND YOU DON'T NEED TO ADD SWEETENER OF ANY TYPE!!!

Frozen Banana Deliciousness Seasoned in a variety of ways:

Ingredients:
The base:
3 frozen bananas
2 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp ginger
enough Almond Milk to blend

If you like Chocolate add (1 tbsp 100% CaoCao powder)
If you like fruity: add 1 frozen Mango or raspberries or strawberries or blue... you get the point.
If you like creamy and pumpkin: add a can of pumpkin and a 14oz can of light coconut milk instead of the Almond milk.

To do:
Freeze the bananas (you want them completely frozen and ripe and peeled prior to freezing. I also cut them in thirds. So this takes a little bit of planning. I have started having some always frozen in my freezer because you never know when you will need to prepare this day changing recipe.)

Instructions:
1. Put 3 frozen bananas in the the blender
2. Add enough Almond milk to half cover the bananas.
3. And we have arrived at one of the most creative moments in fun alternative dessert making. This is when you get to get crazy and add whatever you like. Your imagination is the limit!!!

*I suggest that you use frozen fruit no matter what the type :)
